- En merito de lo expuesto, la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional,
- RESUELVE:
- PRIMERO. Rechazar por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia la solicitud de nulidad parcial presentada por la ciudadana Patricia Bustos contra el auto de fecha dieciseis (16) de septiembre de 2005, mediante el cual se admitio la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el articulo 71 de la Ley 975 de 2005.
